His work outs are extremely intense, and I wouldn⤙t advise carrying it out if you arent fit and have ample time. Joe exercises twice each day, six days weekly, beginning the morning hours with light cardio before eating any breakfast. At night, he is doing his muscle building program, never performing exactly the same workout twice to confuse his muscles whilst keeping them speculating.
